kami cool!

Assalamualaikum


this is real! for the first time kan bende 'BESARRRRR' macam ni jadi. siap kua paper lagi. hhehe.
cehh..
ni yang nak tetibe je nak cite kan.
korang sume baca x Harian Metro artikle Serang jiran buat bising bertarikh 28/10/12?
ok, act ni bukan keje family zea or ape yang  rajin sangat haih nak report kat reporter ke ape tapi maybe reporter ni yang rajin sangat pi cari berita kat balai polis kot. hahaha.
tapi zea nak betulkan sket pasal artikle ni. 
first: title tu salah. act, kami x buat bising cuma depa memang da lama x puas hati dengan family kami. xtaw la pasai apa bleh jadi lagu tu. haha. kami pon x suka hingak-hingak ni. buat saket pala ja =)

second: yang diserang ialah mak kami dengan kak long kami. bukan menantu perempuan.

third: penyerang yang laki tu datang tanya elok2 awalnya. bukan marah2 tapi tetibe mak dia datang (dengan muka cam apetah kan) serang kaklong kami.

forth: lepas mak dia serang kak kami, mak kami sambil tengah pegang baby 4 bulan, nak leraikanlah. tapi makcik tu jadi semakin agresif. tu yang ayah kami datang nak tolong. tapi, si penyerang lelaki ni pi tumbuk muka ayah kami depan mata adik kami.

fifth: yang ugut nak bunuh tu memang betoi sebab makcik penyerang tu kata kat mak kami, dia nak bunuh mak kami.


ok. itu based on artikle. sebenarnye semasa kejadian zea xde kat rumah sebab zea gi keje. tapi naseb baek kakak zea anta mesej soh balek cepat. sambil tulis macam ni,

" haa balik jam bape? kalo dapat balek awal cepat balek. ayah kat HUKM tadi kene tumbuk dengan anak *penyerang _ _ _ _ sampai patah gigi. balek tu elok-elok. along kene tarik rambut sampai lobang kulit kepala"

ok. zea pon macam apela kan???!! x pikir panjang teros cakap kat manager nak balek. huhuhu.
dalam hati ni da macam ape da. rase marah, geram sume ade. sampai da mengigil badan ni. yelah... dalam kepala ni dok teringat pagi tadi ayah baru je gelak-gelak tengok cucu dia menari sakan. ni tetibe masok hospital. hmm...

zea sampai-sampai rumah, memang untunglah sekali dengan pegawai polis. hahha. on timing betol =)
sampai je rumah tengok ramai orang kat rumah, zea x pikir ape da. teros tanye, mana ayah.
pastu mommy zea cakap ayah kat hospital lagi. mulut kene jahit.
aduyaii..

memang panas la kan

zea ni da la memang pantang betol la kalo jadi pape kat ayah dengan mommy zea

dalam masa yang sama, nampak la pulak penyerang _ _ _ _ tu tengah dok depan rumah. kalo ikot hati ni, ya Allah... nak je gi sepak tumbuk-tumbuk muka dia!
ye lah. korang pon paham kan? kalo jadi pape kat family korang?
yang buat naik darahnye lagi ialah, ayah zea da la ade darah tinggi, kot kan kalo time kene tumbuk tu jadi pape? hishh... memang cari nahas betol la.

ok. sorry. emo sket =(

hmm.. act, zea xleh cite dengan lebih detail lagi sekarang sebab kes masih dalam siasatan. tapi yang pasti ini adalah kes mahkamah. zea x kire. walau apepon, mesti settle kat mahkamah jugak.
zea memang tak tahan da dengan perangai orang _ _ _ tu. selama ni cam mak zea sume da sabar kan. so biar kali ni betol-betol jadi pengajaran untuk dia. tengoklah nanti.

sekarang ini cerita melibatkan mak,kakak and ayah zea.
ayah sampai gigi patah 3 batang, bibir kene jahit, rahang bengkak, gusi kene jahit.
kakak zea pulak sampai habis rambut dia cam berlobang kan, kire macam kene tarik dengan urat2 rambut tu sekali tu. yang jadi licin tu. paham? hehhe
mak zea pulak da trauma.

siapa nak bertanggungjawab?

penyerang tu siap boleh buat drama lagi nanges-nanges.

lepastu boleh cakap macam ni bila ayah zea cakap, 

" da h la tu _ _ _ _ . mulut saya da berdarah ada ni. x puas lagi ke?"

penyerang cakap, 

" hish hish hish. darah ke wan? siannye kat kaw!"
dengan nada yang sangat sinis

huhh.. geramnyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!

rase nak tulis panjanggggggggggggggg- panjangggggggggggggg lagi je.

when a pound is not a pound

Assalamualaikum

this new update is only about when a pound is not a pound. so read up peeps!
One thing many people don’t realise is that many factors can influence a person’s weight which do not reflect that person’s body fat. For example, two cups of water weigh one pound. If you tend to retain water or bloat, the scale can easily rise a few pounds without a change in what you have eaten. However, for dieters the effects of water weight can be severe. 
Here’s an example of when a pound is NOT a pound:
  • You eat an extra dessert over the weekend
  • You weigh yourself the following day or day after
  • The scale shoots up 5 pounds - and you believe you’ve gained five pounds of fat.
Why is this NOT possible?
  • Because you must have eaten a caloric excess of 17,500 calories to gain 5 pounds of fat.
  • 3500 EXCESS CALORIES (by excess, we do not include your BMR and daily activity) make up 1 pound of fat.
  • It is very very difficult to overeat by this amount, even when splurging.
So why is there this dramatic weight gain?
Water weight. Any time the scale suddenly rises or falls, it is usually because of fluid shift in the body. Eating high-sodium foods can also provoke water retention (not fat retention) in salt-sensitive individuals. Yet how easily chronic dieters believe they did something wrong; they must have single-handedly gobbled five pounds worth of food.
No, no no!
Similarly, losing two pounds immediately from an hour or aerobics is not a two-pound fat loss. Rather, it’s mostly water loss from sweat. Jubilant dieters who think they have lost 10 pounds in a week may be in for an unwanted surprise. Whilst it may be true that the scale indicated ten pounds less than when they weighed one week ago, the question is: What KIND of weight did they lose? To lose ten pounds of fat in one week requires an energy deficit of 35,000 calories, or a deficit of 5,000 calories every day! The average woman only eats about 1,500 to 1,600 calories per day. The sad reality is that this person is losing a lot of water weight, usually at the expense of their muscles, due to the process of muscle-wasting. Muscle is made up of mainly water (about 70%)
When a hungry body is not given enough calories, the body cannibalises itself for an energy source. The prime directive of the body is that it must have energy, at any cost - it’s part of the survival mechanism. When a muscle cell is destroyed, water is released and eventually excreted - that’s your precious weight loss. This whittled-away muscle contributes to lowering your metabolism. Muscles are metabolically active tissue - generally the more muscles we have, the more calories we burn. Hence why men burn more calories than women - they have more muscle mass.
Increased muscle mass, while metabolically more active and desireable, weighs more than fat. Muscle also takes up less space than fat. Although beneficial, this often frustrates dieters by the rising, or unchanging scale number. The scale does NOT reflect your body composition. Just like weighing a piece of stake at the butcher’s does not tell you how lean it is. 
It’s better off to stay away from the scales for as long as possible and take measurements, or discover your body fat percentage instead and work towards body composition (less fat, lean muscle) goals rather than any kind of weight-loss goal that destroy the integrity of your structure and your well-being, too.

food feels good for 3 minutes.


Assalamualaikum

just imagine what it would be like. waking up in the morning, perfectly empty, resting your hand on your stomach, which is caving in. tracing the outline of your hipbones, your ribs, your collarbones. the soft autumn light shining through the window. you stand up, and you feel a bit lightheaded - but that’s ok. you make yourself some fresh coffee, black, no milk, no sugar. you curl up with the news, a good book, or the laptop, and sip your hot coffee. slowly waking up. you take a hot shower, and you are not disgusted by what you see. you style your hair, moisturise, the whole lot. put on cute underwear and do your make up. grab cute, tiny clothing and don’t worry about “looking bad” because you will look fantastic, even if you wear a shapeless jumper. just imagine how fantastic that would be. how liberating. there is only one thing you need to do: don’t eat that shitty food and exercise 
 
 
 but then..

pfftttttttt

Assalamualikum

a random update from me.
kenapa mesti rasa tak selesa dengan benda-benda kat sekeliling ni?
boleh x nak give up pikir pasal perasaan orang lain and pikir kan diri sendiri dulu x?
penat la wehh kalo macam ni.

ye.
memang aku ni tengok macam nak sepak, macam nak ape kan, tapi ni
aku!
mungkin ar kan aku x sedar aku cam da wat ati korang sakit ke terasa ke, tapi cakaplah kat aku.
aku pon ada perasaan.
k la fine la kalo korang cakap xde pape an,
tapi korang sedar tak cara yang korang buat tu nampak benor yang korang tengah tak puas hati dengan aku?
wehh,
tak semua orang boleh cepat pick up dengan hint-hint yang korang bagi tu! aku ni hah. lambat sikit.
nak cepat kene cakap direct.

aku memang macam ni.
macam ni.
tak reti nak layan semua orang
tak reti nak get involved dengan semua orang
tapi tu tak bermakna aku ni berlagak ke, kerek ke, nak larikan diri ke.
aku ade misi lagi penting dari nak layan semua orang.
diri aku ni pon kadang-kadang aku x sempat nak layan sebaik mungkin.
nikan orang lain.

yang aku boleh cakap,

 kalo korang rasa x sedpa perot tengok aku kat sekeliling korang, just jujur dengan aku.
cakap je.
xyah nak bermuka-muka boleh tak?

the best thing about yoga!

Assalamualaikum

hye korang-korang. da berkurun kot zea x update. my bad. tapi nak buat macam mana kan, busy je dgn exam and sebagainye. niat kat hati ni memang nak je update berpuluh entry sehari tapi ann ann, zea xtaw la mana pulok nak curi-curi masa tu kat mana macam blogger-blogger lain. xpelah. xde rezeki. tapi at least ni ade kan? kan? hehhe

ok. zea act nak update je progress zea dlm program zea tu. zea skrg lagi fit dari dulu. ohh yeahh!

eh, xdelah korang. gila ke ape tah nak fit kalo makan tido ternak lemak je kan?
so sebenarnye ape yang kita boleh buat ialah dgn exercise!
yep exercise. best kott. dalam masa rase seronok sebab dapat kuarkan peloh yang ashem ashem tu, korang jugak akan dapat membentuk semula or tone balek bentuk badan tu. kan best!
salah 1 cara yang zea paling suka ialah 
YOGA

eh tapi xde lah ekstrem sangat sampai boleh jadi macam ni :



hehe. cukuplah setakat macam ni and lebih sket =p


 ramai orang ingat yoga ni macam stretching je kan, tapi sebenarnye yoga ni is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignmentof the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the tradition in which the teacher has trained. so korang try lah =)
