happy Sunday everyone! teeheehee... lamanye x update blog ni. sunyi sepi x berpenghuni. hmm.. its been a tough week for me as this week am so packed with the final exam and plus there is 'something' happened to me.. well.. biasalah kan hidup kat dunia ni yg serba serbi akan ada benda baru. ada yang datang ada yang pergi.
and semalam Zea ade tgk 1 video yg kawan Zea post kat facebook pasal 'stranger'.  ingat kan lagu ke ape ke tp act video tu cerita psal stages dlm relationship. starting with a stranger then become a person that we love too death till it slowly fade and nothing. you guys mesti wondering video ape? ok here i put on the video so korang bleh tgk and faham.



ok da tengok? hmm.. ape pendapat korang? betol ke x ape yg ada dlm video ni?

dalam perjalanan hidup yang x sampai beberapa ni...(haha.. da 20 kot!)  macam-macam kita akan lalui. untuk Zea sendiri, idop Zea ade turun naiknya yg kadang-kadang sampai drastik and macam what??!! hahaha. adelah dengan cemerlang dlm study, jumpe kawan-kawan yang sangat macam kawan (???) and jumpe someone yang disayangi =).
memang mcm tu la kan? remaja ni yg paling effect hidup dia pon, study,kawan, pakwe/makwe. tp ade orang, dorang bleh handle dengan baek when it come to these 3 thing (thing?hahah).
ade orang, sebab kawan, masalah gila hidop sampai bila gado, hah, mulalah nak tension, rase tersisih and etc..
ade orang, sebab study, mmg gila tension la kan kalo x mencapai ape yg diharapkan..
ade orang gak, sebab bercinta, tension dia, yaAllah, super gila effect dia. kalo gado, ade masalah, memang rase cam #$%^&^ kn? tapi bila bahagia, wahhh.... seronok gila! (kenapalah suke hyperbola perkataan gila?)
kalau tanye kat Zea, ape yg paling effect hidup Zea for sure study and hmm hmm.. haha.
sebab apa? sebab kalo study, Zea selalu ingatkan diri Zea ni adalah harapan mak ayah Zea. first thing first Zea x dapat tunaikan hajat dorang nak jadi soh Zea jd doktor so then sekarang, Zea kene tetaplah berusaha belajar bersungguh2 untuk tunjukkan kat mak ayah Zea yg Zea bleh berjaya walopun x jadi doktor =p haahha... so pressure kat study ni mmg lah x leh nak ckap ape kalo mcm da study tp result x gempaq mana an.. hahaa.. tp so far Alhamdulillah =)
and secondly ehmmm..ehemm. ni mmg effect berjuta-juta ahh. tapi malas la nak cakap mcm mana dia effect sebab kalo Zea, effect dia ni bleh berubah-ubah depends kat situation. teehehehee..
so korang pulak macam mana?

p/s: ahh. memang susah la kan kalo nak ade cerita macam fairy tale sume tu.

hye korang! lama Zea x update blog sebab busy dengan kelas and minggu ni study week. arghh! next week da final. tp x study2 pon ni hah. hee.. 
act..Zea tengah bercelaru sangat sekarang. banyak benda nak kena pikir sampai Zea tak tahu mana nak pikir dulu. semuanya bercampur. so tadi bukak la youtube and Zea jumpe 1 video sangat relate dengan perasaan Zea sekarang. haha. mengada bukan? takpelah cakap la nak cakap ape tapi sini Zea letak sekali video and lirik tu so that korang akan faham. =)

health tips on food and drink

assalamualaikum

hye everyone again! and again and again! hahha, ok today Zea will gonna share some of the healthy tips for food and drink. ahh, surely not my own tips but recently i have read some books about healthy thingy and so then i would like to share it with my friends. okay buddy?
hee.. apolah nak dibueknyo potang-potang ni. baek dok baca den punye belog ni hah... 

apa yang kita perlu tahu pasal makan dan minum? *pelik x? ok..ok.. food and drink.
1) what's cooking?
forget additive-loaded, processed foods and meals. make your own meals from scratch so you know exactly what's in them. you don't have to be a gourmet chef to succeed. start with some key, basic dishes and the world of ingredients will be your oyster. haha. bak kata mak Zea, " kalau x reti masak, kaw campak-campak je ape yg kaw nak, mesti hasil tu tetap yang terbaik bg kaw. " hee

2) safety first
prevent food poisoning in your kitchen by keeping raw and cooked meats separate. store raw meat below below cooked meat in the refrigerator and use separate chopping boards and knives for each *hmm.. macam menyusahkan la pulak kn? hee. always wash your hands after handling raw meat. store leftovers in the fridge and discard them after two days.

3) freeze frame
freezing food is an economical and time-saving way of keeping it safe. kalau da beli kat tesco tu, cepat2 la letak dalam freezer. kalau makanan yg da masak pulak, tggu la lepas da sejuk baru masuk freezer tp ingat! kenelah wrap lauk tu before masukkan to prevent freezer burn and cross-contamination.

4) bread of life
vary your bread choice. trylah rye, bagels,tortillas or potato bread for a change from the sliced loaf. bread is a low-fat staple food for many people and a good source of carbs. ade banyak jenis roti an tp selalunya yg wholemeal atau wholegrain flours yang terbaek dari those yang made with white flour. tapi yang white lagi sedap. hhehehe =)

5) going crackers
crackers are good alternative to bread especially yang wheat-free crackers. oatcakes are high in fibre and delicious served with hummus or cheese or sebagai cicah sup. nyum..nyum.. kalau rice cakes pulak dia gluten-free so sedap serve dengan cottage cheese and chopped tomato for a healthy snack. macam ni baru sihat. ni tak tengok tv je makan cikedis.hahaha

Pelancaran Program Mari Ber-Kurus Zea Ell

assalamualaikum

haii! hahaha. ape jadah tajuk entry macam ni? bahahahah. kat sini Zea nak umumkan bermulanya program "Mari Ber-Kurus Wahai Zea Ell". haha. mengarut mungkin? terpulang kepada anda-anda untuk memikirkan apa munasabahnya Zea nak buat kempen ni. hahaha.

tadaaaaaa!!

ok well let me explain a little this and that about the program. as u see above, that is the transformation of miss Zea Ell Ridzuan for the past 4 years till now exclude the last picture.
i started my diet program when i was in form 3 which is when i am 15 years old and i lost 30 kg within a year. after that... what on earth happen to me?
i gained back all the kilos i lost but err...err.. not at all. still okay-okay but now for 2011 am getting overweight people! maigodd! i just dont know how but the number keep increase. my my my. hahaha.
people, this is what will happen when u didn't listen to your momma. hahahha
yes it is. i always said this to my mom, " eleh. xpe. xkan naik punye. ira da set da berat ira x naek-naek lagi pas ni =p " when everytime my mom said, " control la makan tu. nanti gemok kang balik" 

haha padan muka kaw, Zea!

ok.ok.ok. enough with that. now, for the sake of kilos and overweight thingy, i launch the new "Mari Ber-Kurus Program especially to Zea Ell" !!!! woohoo!
do support me friends. i very in need of that.
so
the program will be including :
  • healthy diet 
  • a must workout
  • concern on the nutrients intake
  • calories count
  • jangan abaikan study and solat.
hahhaa. is it okay guys?

ZeA harap sangat program ni berjalan dengan lancar. Zea akan buat segala yang Zea pernah buat dulu untuk turunkan berat badan Zea ni. muhhhaah. do i look so desperate?
mestilah sok lusa nak kawen, nanti gambar kawen x lawa.hahahha

my very first easy health tips

happy Sunday everyone! how are you guys today? good? i hope so because im way not so happy today as i got nothing to do. hahahah. so bosan-bosan boleh buat ape? mestilah update entry! yay! at last ade gak ilham nak buat entry pasal health tips.

ok lets start with...err..ape?

kita start dengan nutrition and health tips ok =)

Apa yang kita perlu tahu dalam pengambilan makanan kita?

1) be unrefined.
choose unrefined, complex carbohydrates (carbs) over refined carbs. so dari amik cakes, biscuits and white bread, go for wholegrain bread, breakfast cereals, potatoes, rice and pasta. these complex carbs contain all or most of their original nutrients and should form the bulk of your diet.

2) sweeten up.
kalau korang nak tahu, ade 2 jenis sugars dalam diet kita. first, intrinsic sugars are found naturally in foods such as fruit and vegetables. second, extrinsic sugars are found in foods to which sugar is added during processing macam dalam cakes and biscuits. so try to reduce your intake of extrinsic sugars as much as possible. ok?

3) the F word
there are 2 types of fibre : soluble dengan insoluble. both are good for you. nak jumpe kat mana fiber ni? haa, sources of each fibre include in vegetables and pulses. wheat, corn and rice are good source of insoluble fibre which is important untuk elakkan sembelit dengan haemorrhoids. soluble fiber pulak ada jat citrus fruits, apples, oats, barley and yang ni penting untuk tolong rendahkan cholesterol =)

4)stay regular
kadang-kadang kita mungkin tak dapat fibre yang secukopnya dalam diet kita - most of us dont =) . an intake of 20-24g each day is optimum. so have it with a glass of water which is bulks up the fibre so that it passes through your body more easily.

5) FAT's not all BAD
despite the bad rap it gets, you do need some fat in your diet like me =) hahahha. fat provides energy, protects your organs and helps with the absorption of the fat-soluble witamins A,D,E,K. but do not take it too much!

6) calorie count
the excess calories that you eat are stored as fat, so to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, your calories consumed should equal calories burned. calorie requirements differ across age groups and genders, but on average women require 1900-2000 calories and men 2500 calories each day.

7) beware of trans-fat
ape kejadahnya trans-fat ni? hee. trans-fat ni ialah hydrogenated fats act like saturated (yang jahat) fats in the body, so avoid them! some study dhown that trans-fat can raise levels of LDL cholesterol and reduce levels of HDL. haaa. ni kene jaga-jaga. trans-fat ni banyak dalam fast foods mcm McD. margerines and baked goods.

8)no bones about it
heh? ape ni? act ni nak cakap pasal calcium. calcium is the mineral that is needed in the greatest quantities. it keeps your bones and teeth strong, and ensures proper functioning of muscles and nerves. mana nak cari calcium? carilah dalam dairy products, leafy green vegetables, bean and pulses and even fortified foods such as breakfast cereals. don't forget that vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium. maksudnye kena la ada vit D jugak =)

today entry is about plastic surgery. do you know what exactly plastic surgery means?
well i dont know either but as far as i know, they change their originality including face, body and and bla bla bla.
ok lets we see what the actual meaning of plastic surgery. is it nice?

What Is Plastic Surgery?

Just because the name includes the word "plastic" doesn't mean patients who have this surgery end up with a face full of fake stuff. The name isn't taken from the synthetic substance but from the Greek word plastikos, which means to form or mold (and which gives the material plastic its name as well).
Plastic surgery is a special type of surgery that can involve both a person's appearance and ability to function. Plastic surgeons strive to improve patients' appearance and self-image through both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.
  • Reconstructive procedures correct defects on the face or body. These include physical birth defects like cleft lips and palates and ear deformities, traumatic injuries like those from dog bites or burns, or the aftermath of disease treatments like rebuilding a woman's breast after surgery for breast cancer.
  • Cosmetic (also called aesthetic) procedures alter a part of the body that the person is not satisfied with. Common cosmetic procedures include making the breasts larger (augmentation mammoplasty) or smaller (reduction mammoplasty), reshaping the nose (rhinoplasty), and removing pockets of fat from specific spots on the body (liposuction). Some cosmetic procedures aren't even surgical in the way that most people think of surgery — that is, cutting and stitching. For example, the use of special lasers to remove unwanted hair and sanding skin to improve severe scarring are two such treatments.
hah. so korang nmpak x? ade baek gak sebenarnya plastic surgery ni tp kebanyakan manusia kat dunia lebih suka menukar ape yg x patot walopon melibatkan kos yg tinggi.aiyak! contohnye artis2 kat KOREA and HOLLYWOOD tu. tah pape tah. ade tu sampai jadi mcm kucing la apela. hai la perkara2 lara ni. hee =)
